Demonstrate a good work ethic. Be willing to learn and do necessary work. Possess the ability for advancement. Must have a good attendance record.
The following will be required with minimum help:
- Brake repair and replacement.
- Minor electrical diagnostics.
- Complete service sheet task.
- Weld and use of oxygen torch.
- Minor hydraulic trouble shooting.
- Light duty vehicle repair and knowledge including fork lifts.
- Ensure the shop and tools are maintained and cleaned.
- Replacement of parts.
- Log accurate time, parts and notes in POIMS work orders.
