Summary of Opening:
Hours: 6am - 2pm, Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays on an as needed basis.
The Utility driver is responsible for transporting equipment from the plant to the shop, and farms. The driver is responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The driver is responsible for loading the trailer. The driver will safely deliver the equipment and help unload on-site.
The individual selected for this position will be responsible for driving a truck from the plant to and from various grower’s farms throughout the area delivering equipment. Successful applicants will also realize that they are representing Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation whenever they are driving a company vehicle, making sure to always follow the rules of the road.

·Working knowledge of driving and traffic rules. |
·Appropriate skill to drive a truck safely |
·Ability to follow both written and verbal directions |
·Ability to communicate effectively with others in a manner that maintains harmony with co-workers |
·Considerable ability to lift up to 50 pounds. |
·Considerable ability to work under dusty adverse conditions. |
·Valid Class A Driver’s license and acceptable driving record according to Company Policy |
· Must be able to operate a manual CMV |
